POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vegas Live Casino Dealer creates an engaging, entertaining, and professional gaming experience for guests participating in live-streamed casino action featured on the Vegas Live Casino Network. This position combines exceptional table games expertise with on-camera performance, guest engagement, and brand representation responsibilities. The incumbent serves as an ambassador for both Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network, delivering memorable guest experiences while interacting naturally with players, online audiences, and production staff. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, confident on camera, and passionate about gaming and entertainment.


This position offers a unique opportunity for dealers with an established social media presence, as well as those interested in building their personal brand and expanding their audience through participation in live-streamed gaming content featured on the Vegas Live Casino Network. Team Members work in a dedicated non-smoking gaming environment and participate in a separate Vegas Live Casino Dealer tip pool, with guaranteed daily tip supplementation available in accordance with company guidelines.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Deal Blackjack, Baccarat, Single Zero Roulette, and other assigned table games accurately and in compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and departmental procedures.
  • Deliver an exceptional gaming experience through professional, engaging, and entertaining interactions with guests.
  • Maintain a polished, confident, and professional on-camera presence during live-streamed and recorded gaming sessions.
  • Represent Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network professionally while interacting with guests, viewers, production personnel, and the public.
  • Explain game rules, procedures, wagers, and outcomes clearly and professionally.
  • Process buy-ins, payouts, and chip transactions accurately while ensuring game protection and integrity.
  • Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming, interactive, and entertaining table atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, production personnel, and marketing teams to support live broadcasts, recorded content, special events, and promotional activities.
  • Participate in photography, video production, livestreams, interviews, appearances, and other marketing and promotional activities as assigned.
  • Understand and acknowledge that gaming sessions, promotional activities, and related content may be recorded, photographed, broadcast, livestreamed, and distributed through social media, YouTube, and other digital or traditional media platforms.
  • Maintain awareness of suspicious activity and promptly report concerns in accordance with company policies and gaming regulations.
  • Participate in auditions, training, coaching, and performance development activities related to both dealing proficiency and on-camera performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in dealing at least two (2) of the following table games: Blackjack, Baccarat, and/or Single Zero (European) Roulette.
  • Strong verbal communication and guest engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in a live-streamed, recorded, and highly visible gaming environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to positively represent Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network.
  • Ability to successfully complete both a dealing audition and an on-camera performance audition.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.
  • Must successfully complete all required compliance training, including Title 31 training and testing, within established timeframes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year or more of table games dealing experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency dealing all three (3) of the following games: Blackjack, Baccarat, and Single Zero (European) Roulette.
  • Previous experience in a livestream, broadcast, entertainment, or filmed environment.
  • Experience as a presenter, performer, public-facing personality, gaming representative, or similar role requiring audience engagement.
  • Established social media presence and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or similar channels.
  • Experience creating content or participating in promotional, marketing, or public-facing activities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.


Licenses & Certifications:

  • Valid Nevada Gaming Registration or ability to obtain and maintain.
  • Successful completion of required Title 31 training and testing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work is primarily performed in a casino gaming environment.

  • Work is conducted in a highly visible, guest-facing environment with continuous surveillance and security monitoring.
  • Frequent exposure to live-streaming, video production, photography, and broadcast equipment, including fixed table cameras, overhead cameras, production lighting, microphones, and other recording equipment.
  • Regular interaction with production staff, hosts, content creators, photographers, videographers, and marketing personnel during live and recorded gaming sessions.
  • Work may be performed while being recorded, photographed, or broadcast to live and online audiences.
  • Environment may be fast-paced, busy, and subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels typical of a casino operation, including guests, gaming activity, announcements, and entertainment programming.
