Trident Anesthesia Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our independently owned, physician-led anesthesia practice in Charleston, South Carolina.


This position offers a flexible 24-hour shift schedule designed for providers seeking greater schedule efficiency, work-life balance, and extended time off while practicing within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality anesthesia care within the anesthesia care team model
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia patient evaluations
  • Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
