Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible 4-4.5 day workweek offering strong work-life balance
- High patient demand with 40-50 patients per day
- Robust clinical support:
- Dedicated scribe and medical assistants
- APP support to enhance efficiency
- Multiple fully equipped exam rooms
- Strong onsite leadership and operational infrastructure
Clinical Capabilities
- Full-spectrum dermatology including:
- General and complex medical dermatology
- Surgical dermatology and skin cancer care
- Cosmetic dermatology (lasers, injectables, aesthetics)
- Onsite laser and cosmetic services
- Physician-supervised medical spa offerings
- Integrated in-house dermatopathology lab
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary: $350,000 - $450,000
- Production bonus: Collections-based model with significant upside
- Sign-on bonus
