Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Clinic Lead to support daily floor operations while developing management and leadership skills. This role will assist with patient flow, team support, and coverage where needed throughout the clinic, while offering hands-on leadership development in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting on the clinic floor as needed as a CSR or Veterinary Assistant
  • Supporting daily operations and staff workflow
  • Learning and implementing management practices
  • Assisting leadership with scheduling, organization, and team communication
  • Helping maintain a positive and efficient clinic environment

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced 5 doctor clinic
Qualifications
We're looking for a Veterinary Clinic Lead who is:
  • A positive, dependable team leader with a strong work ethic
  • Able to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to support daily hospital operations
  • Experienced in veterinary medicine, with a minimum of 1 year preferred
  • Skilled in delivering exceptional client service and communicating clearly with both clients and team members
  • Confident interpreting medical records and accurately documenting patient histories
  • Knowledgeable in preventative care, surgical procedures, and overall hospital workflow
  • Comfortable leading by example while supporting and mentoring team members
  • Proficient in low-stress animal restraint and safe patient handling
  • Experienced in sample collection, including blood, urine, fecal, and skin samples
  • Capable of properly preparing and processing laboratory samples and diagnostic tests
  • Skilled in positioning and capturing high-quality radiographs
  • A self-starter who is motivated to continue growing their veterinary knowledge and leadership skills
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to maintaining an efficient, collaborative hospital environment
