Join a team that cares about our customers and your career! Meyling Marin-Farmers Insurance Agency in Riverside, California, is looking for a motivated and licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team as a Full-Time Commercial Insurance Agent.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in Commercial Insurance for an agent who already has a P&C license but may not have prior Commercial Insurance experience. Commercial experience is not required. We will provide the training, guidance, and support needed to help you develop your knowledge and skills in Commercial Insurance.


In this role, you will support commercial clients with their day-to-day insurance needs, including policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, billing questions, and coverage inquiries. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.


This position offers a base salary plus commission, providing the opportunity to increase your earnings as you develop your skills and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) within the same day of request
  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals within the same day
  • Respond to billing inquiries and coverage questions
  • Provide day-to-day support to commercial clients
  • Maintain accurate client files, documentation, and follow-up tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients
  • Learn Commercial Insurance products, coverages, and processes through company-provided training and hands-on experience
  • Work closely with the team to ensure excellent service and a positive client experience
  • Develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow into a successful Commercial Insurance professional
  • Contribute to agency growth through client service, retention, and sales opportunities

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
