As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients evaluate their insurance needs and providing personalized coverage solutions. Responsibilities
  • This is an inbound phone sales position, you must have experience in selling Auto and Home insurance over the phone.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
  • Generate and follow up on sales opportunities through referrals, and other lead sources.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage solutions, and close new business.
  • Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate protection as their needs evolve.
  • Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with agency team members.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines.
Requirements
  • Property Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Life Health Insurance (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 1 years of insurance industry experience.
  • Proven track record of successful insurance sales.
