Job description

Located along the Tennessee River in the shadow of the Appalachian Mountains, Chattanooga is the fourth most populous city in Tennessee and was recently named in the”Top 45 Places to Go” in the world by the New York Times. 
We are looking for Echo Techs to join this leading provider if cardiac, cancer and orthopedic care facility.
As an Echo/Vascular Technologist you will work under the supervision of the Outpatient Imaging Manager and perform Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress Echo Testing, and Echo Contrast Studies, as well as Vascular Ultrasound Studies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate Degree in Nursing, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy OR other medical field, or completion of an approved ultrasound training program is required
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required
  • The ability to relate testing knowledge and theory to ECHO/Vascular procedures and equipment
  • The ability to interpret results and isolate the most accurate readings is essential
  • RDCS or RCS and/or RVT within one year of hire
  • Registered or eligible for registry by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in Ultrasound Technology
  • BLS required
