ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer with experience and enthusiasm to join our Canton, OH Water Resource team. As a member of the team, you will use your engineering knowledge to help design residential and commercial water resources projects. You will work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create technical drawing and plans for permitting and construction of water resource projects which include design, layout, grading, drainage and erosion and sediment controls.
  • Provide technical support during construction activities, including reviewing plans.
  • Prepare cost estimates for all water resource projects.
  • Develop Engineering Solutions for water resource projects
  • Complete Environmental Permits
  • Collaborate with engineers to design optimal plans for clients.
  • Work with construction inspection personnel, as required, to ensure that contracted work accomplishes the intent of the design.
  • Operate independently within a deadline driven industry.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program is required.
Experience: 3–5 years of industry experience
Software: Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Civil 3D is a plus.
Skills: Strong time management and communication skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively
