Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.

  • Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.

  • Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.

  • Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).

  • Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.

  • Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
