The Opportunity
We are seeking an IT Support / MES Support Analyst to support a critical Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project scheduled to go live in March. The ideal candidate will assist with software testing, issue tracking, and production support activities to ensure a smooth and compliant system rollout. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career IT professionals to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing systems and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and document software test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify, log, and track software defects and system issues
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to resolve issues
- Support MES application during go-live and stabilization phase
- Ensure software compliance with industry and internal quality standards
- Document test results, defects, and process improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, or Software Testing
- Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles
