What it's like to be a Superintendent

As a Full-Time Superintendent at Green Leaf Construction, you will take the reins in developing efficient schedules and cost-effective plans that drive our projects to successful completion. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a commercial superintendent with Design-Build ground up experience.
  • Commercial construction experience a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to read understand and execute blueprints drawings and plans.
