Position Overview
This is a full-time, long-term, in-office position (40-50 hours per week). As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of Super Service Today. You'll handle inbound calls, schedule service, resolve issues, and ensure our clients feel supported, respected, and understood.
We take customer service very seriously. We want people who thrive under pressure, stay cool when clients are stressed, and can turn even a tough call into a positive experience.

  • Answer inbound calls and provide outstanding customer service on every call.
  • Schedule appointments quickly and accurately using ServiceTitan.
  • Calmly handle upset customers and turn stressful situations into positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication.
  • Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure jobs are handled efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their expectations were exceeded.
