Job description

Boarding Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and student-focused Full-Time Boarding Assistant to support daily life in a girls' residence hall at an international boarding school. This live-in role is responsible for supervising high school students (grades 9–12) and maintaining a safe, supportive dormitory environment. Responsibilities include supervising students during evenings, mornings, weekends, and on-call hours, enforcing residence policies and ensuring student safety, providing guidance and support to students, assisting during exam periods and selected school holidays, and scheduling 4–6 days per week while school is in session, including rotating weekends and on-call overnight duty. Long paid breaks during summer and winter. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, experience with youth or residential supervision preferred, CPR/First Aid a plus (training available), a valid driver's license preferred, and JET program experience is a plus. Start Date: January 2026 Location: Westchester County, NY Apply with resume and short cover letter.
