About Chico Emergency Medicine Physician Group:
CEMPG is truly a democratic group with a stable contract with Enloe for over 40 years. Partnership offered after first year if a good fit with no buy-in. All ED board certified physicians work in one location. Compensation is all RVU based, top 10% compensation nationwide ($400,000-$450,000 annually). Independent contractor/1099 model.
About the Job:
50 bed ED with approximately 80K visits/year. 8, 9 or 10 hour shifts available, minimum 10 shifts/month; average 2-2.5 patients/hr. No APPs. Excellent relationship with consultants, extensive call panel and ability to get follow-ups often within days. We have the strongest nurses and ancillary staff around. Utilize EPIC
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate is BE/BC Emergency medicine, possesses California State License, has community hospital experience, willingness to work nights highly desired. Fast paced environment, so efficiency a must. Does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
