SuperCamp Facilitators bring their depth of knowledge of the curriculum, systems thinking, and leadership skills to create the culture of camp. Through their understanding of youth and their behavior, they are able to mentor both campers and staff.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree or higher by summer

 Vibrant and engaging front-of-the-room presence

 Experience working with youth

 Integrity, honesty, kindness, humility, patience, and a genuine concern for others

 Willing to accept guidance, direction, and supervision from manager and peers

 Ability to memorize and deliver large amounts of curriculum with accuracy

 Professional in your written and verbal communication
 Sound judgment, effective problem solving, and ability to build rapport with youth and peers

 Effective classroom management skills

 Available and willing to live in university dorm setting during length of program

Responsibilities:

 Facilitate Quantum Learning and life skills curriculum to a large group (up to 150 people) and lead large & small group discussions

 Receive and give coaching & feedback to improve and maintain the quality of the program

 Create engaging and dynamic academic course room sessions with the Quantum Learning curriculum

 Provide context and assistance to any other role in delivering excellent customer service to campers and parents

Additional Information

Availability:

Attend an in-person facilitator tryout: "Paving the Way" - January 27th in Oceanside, CA (travel paid for by applicant).

     *Check the Facilitator job description on our SuperCamp website for updates on other potential PTW dates and locations

Available to attend in-person professional development (travel paid for by QLN): "Know It By Heart" - April 18th - 22nd
Available during summer for placement on college campuses in CA, TX, FL, and PA (June - August 2018; travel paid for by QLN)
Interest in summer work over multiple years (preferred)
Interest in winter work (welcomed)
