JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced construction professional with a passion for technology to lead the vision, development, and delivery of construction-industry learning content for Pinnacle Series.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the content roadmap for Construction
  • Strategize with internal management team on industry trends and pain points
  • Connect with industry experts and thought leaders to gain insight into the future of the construction industry, such as new technologies and trends
  • Get content input from customers, Customer Success team, and partners
  • Execute on the roadmap through internal and external content creation

  • Adhere to budget provided by leadership
  • Manage internal and external content projects
  • Manage relationships with third party content developers
  • Be the Pinnacle Series brand ambassador in the Construction industry
  • Actively participate in industry-specific associations
  • Engage with marketing leadership to assist with marketing activities (i.e., trade shows, blog posts, associations, webinars)
  • Engage with sales leadership to assist with creating a sales process

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 4-year degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the Construction industry
  • Extensive experience with construction technologies
  • Project Management experience
  • Passion for technology and advancing the industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing people directly and indirectly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills and presentation skills
  • Experience with LMS or educational technology preferred but not required
  • Travel

Physical Requirements:
  • Bending/stooping and squatting on rare occasions
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • 10% of time spent walking, 85% of time spent sitting and 5% of time spent standing
  • Average hearing and visual acuity
  • Able to use a phone and computer
