Job Title: Network Support Technician – Japanese Bilingual
Working Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017 (On-site)
Working Style: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.64/hour
Benefits: Competitive Benefit
Visa Support: No (Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.)
Working Hours: Rotating shifts (5 days/week, including weekends and holidays)
 - 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
 - 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
 - 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
 Shift schedule rotates weekly.
Language: Japanese and English (Business level required)

▶︎ Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 24/7/365 operation and maintenance support within the Network Operation Center (NOC).
• Monitor and support network infrastructure, data centers, backbone equipment, submarine cable systems, and international transmission services.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support IT solution services and ensure stable operation of critical systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain high service availability and reliability.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and an interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork abilities.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other standard office applications.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Prior experience in network operations, IT support, telecommunications, or data center environments is preferred but not required.
