At Subaru of Naples, we don't run a churn-and-burn service lane. We build careers. We're a third-generation, family-run dealership that's been serving Southwest Florida for 58 years - and we've built our name the same way you build a solid repair: with consistency, precision, and pride.
We live our Core Values every day, not just on a poster in the break room:

  • We Passionately Care
  • We are Team Oriented
  • We are Driven to Excellence

What You'll Actually Get
  • Strong, consistent weekly pay - no games, no surprises
  • Full benefits - medical, dental, vision
  • 401(k) with company match - because your future matters
  • Paid time off - vacation, sick time, holidays
  • Life & disability insurance - real protection for real life
  • Sundays OFF - non-negotiable family time
  • A clean, professional shop with leadership that actually supports you
  • A team that works together - not against each other

What You'll Be Doing
As a Subaru Technician you'll:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles - engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, suspension
  • Perform thorough multi-point inspections, documented with notes, photos, and/or video
  • Pinpoint mechanical and electrical issues using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Handle customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair orders efficiently and correctly
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors on findings and recommendations
  • Follow Subaru manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
  • Road test vehicles to confirm concerns and verify completed repairs
  • Keep your bay clean, organized, and safety-compliant
  • Work alongside a team of techs who actually want the shop to succeed
  • Grow through ongoing training and Subaru certification programs

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, auto mechanic, or service technician
  • Diagnostic, electrical, and drivability experience preferred
  • Subaru experience or certification is a plus - not required
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Your own tools
  • An eye for detail and a "get it right the first time" mentality
  • A team-first attitude and strong work ethic

Ready to Make the Move?
Come see it for yourself. Seriously. Apply today and interview directly with our Service Manager, Victor. No pressure, no nonsense - just a real conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
58 Years. Family Built. Team Powered. Stop settling. Start working somewhere that actually feels right.
