Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving K–12 students for the 2026–2027 school year. Based near Chilton, WI, this school-based role is ideal for passionate SLPs ready to make a meaningful, daily impact in one consistent setting. You'll have a stable schedule at a single site, working 37.5 hours per week, with both local and travel clinicians encouraged to apply.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, assessments, and provide individualized therapy for K–12 students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to ensure holistic support for each student’s learning journey.
  • Participate in team meetings and administrative tasks; indirect hours for documentation and collaboration are paid.
  • Deliver services onsite, with options to incorporate teletherapy depending on experience and student needs.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Active Wisconsin SLP license and DPI credentials, or eligibility to secure these before your start date.
