In this dual-role position, you will be the driving force behind bringing visual projects to life. You will spend about 60% of your time in our shop using state-of-the-art equipment to fabricate, weed, and assemble high-quality signs and graphics. The other 40% of your week will be spent out in the field, interacting with clients and installing everything from wall graphics and window vinyl to dimensional lettering and exterior post-and-panel signage.
We operate with a collaborative, fast-paced small business dynamic but maintain strict professional standards. If you take pride in seeing your hard work on display all over town, this is the job for you!
What You Will Do Everyday

  • In-Shop Production (60%): Prepare substrates (cutting, laminating, cleaning) and accurately apply computer-cut vinyl and full-color digital graphics. Operate wide-format printers and finishing equipment. Keep the production floor safe and organized.
  • Field Installation (40%): Safely transport and professionally install a wide variety of indoor and outdoor signage.
  • Site Consultation: Conduct site surveys to take precise measurements and gather structural data to ensure accurate manufacturing and quoting.
  • Project Management: Maintain a written installation calendar, meet project deadlines, and consult regularly with our sales team regarding project details and labor estimates.
  • Quality Control: Review work orders carefully, proofread layouts, and run strict quality assurance checks to catch errors before signs reach the customer.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as a vital customer service link; your professional demeanor, appearance, and presentation during the final installation wrap up the premier experience our clients expect.
What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-On Experience: Strong general familiarity with safe operations of basic hand tools, light power equipment, and standard construction methods. Sign shop or vehicle wrap experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has solid mechanical aptitude!
  • Physical Capabilities: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds comfortably, stand or kneel for long periods, climb ladders/scaffolding, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. High manual dexterity is needed to apply vinyl smoothly and precisely.
  • Logistics & Driving: A valid drivers license and a consistently clean driving record are required to operate company vehicles safely.
  • Professional Mindset: Excellent communication skills, an organized approach to multitasking, and a calm, professional demeanor when interacting with team members and clients.
Why Work With Us?

  • Great Work-Life Balance: Steady, flexible daytime Monday through Friday hoursno mandatory late nights or unpredictable weekend shifts.
  • Competitive Pay: $21.00 to $25.00/hour to start, depending on your direct industry expertise and hands-on capability.
  • Close-Knit Team: Enjoy the supportive environment of a locally owned small business where your contributions are highly visible and truly appreciated.
