Strada Services is looking for Experienced Residential AC Installers to join our team.

What You'll Do
  • Install HVAC systems in new residential construction homes
  • Install ductwork, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, grilles, bath fans, and refrigerant piping
  • Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Complete required documentation and operational reports
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, builders, and team members
  • Safely operate a company vehicle when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience (ductwork and/or equipment installation)
  • Experience working independently on residential new construction projects
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Own basic HVAC hand and power tools
