Provide detailed written reports, documenting all incidents and observations accurately and in a timely manner. Qualifications Be authorized to work in the U.S. You are 21 years old or older Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED You have a CT State Security Guard License endorsement Currently have or be able to attain all necessary immunizations Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to respond to high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness First aid certification is an asset Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work
