Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs, taking into account their backgrounds and life situations to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure online platforms, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals for therapy and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Use various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to help clients develop coping strategies and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of therapy sessions, documenting client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in line with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. By understanding the specific needs of each client, you will be integral in helping them achieve personal growth, emotional resilience, and improved mental health.

Qualifications

• Currently holding a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual format.
• Empathy and cultural competence are essential to understanding and addressing the diverse experiences of our clients.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups effectively.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a virtual environment, is highly valued.
• Background in working with specific patient populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors can be advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools to enhance the therapy experience and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
