Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client mental health needs, ensuring an understanding of their challenges and goals.
• Create tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, employing a variety of techniques suited to each individual.
• Facilitate therapy sessions via secure online platforms, enabling meaningful conversations and providing necessary interventions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals, consistently monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and client developments accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Clients may range from adolescents to adults and come from varied backgrounds, adding to the enriching experience of working within our network. Your understanding of their unique experiences is crucial in establishing therapeutic rapport and facilitating effective treatment.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a strong commitment to the mental health and well-being of clients.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to maintain effective documentation and manage a dynamic caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing mental health therapy in an outpatient or online environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and technology is advantageous.
• Experience treating a range of mental health conditions and using multiple therapeutic modalities is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
