Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for a hands-on Working Shop Foreman to help lead our Odessa Service Department.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. We're looking for a producing foreman who can lead technicians, keep workflow moving, assist with diagnostics and complex repairs, and actively flag labor hours alongside the team.

What You'll Do
  • Produce and flag labor hours alongside the technician team
  • Help manage daily shop workflow and technician productivity
  • Dispatch and prioritize repair orders to maximize efficiency
  • Assist technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs
  • Maintain quality control and reduce comebacks
  • Train, mentor, and develop technicians and shop personnel
  • Enforce safety procedures and maintain shop organization
  • Communicate with management regarding productivity, staffing, and operational needs
  • Ensure repair orders, labor tracking, and documentation are accurate and complete

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Senior Technician
  • Strong RV and/or Marine diagnostic and repair experience
  • Ability to lead a team while remaining production-focused
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Weekend availability as business needs require
