Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a professional representative of Fabian Oil, consistently delivering excellent service to customers, the public, and the trucking industry.
  • Perform thorough Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to pick-up and delivery locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times.
  • Load and unload fuel products while monitoring the process for accuracy and safety, ensuring proper handling to prevent spills or contamination.
  • Hook and unhook trailers as required, with frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of products, hoses, and tools necessary for job completion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of trucks, trailers, and associated equipment; promptly report any accidents, damages, or equipment malfunctions to dispatch.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, clients, and coworkers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Stay up to date on safety standards, operational procedures, and industry regulations through regular training and compliance practices.
  • Identify and report any potential hazards or unsafe conditions at delivery sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures if necessary, including spill containment or reporting incidents.
