About the Role
Pete's RV Center is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can control the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is not an order-taking role-this is a sales-driven position where you are responsible for:
  • Driving revenue through service recommendations
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Owning the repair process from start to finish

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and control daily workflow
  • Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)
  • Present and sell recommended services and repairs
  • Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines
  • Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history
  • Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers
  • Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively
  • Ensure all work is properly documented and completed
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills

Requirements
