Position Overview

As a RV & Marine Relationship Manager in the designated area (Detroit or Indianapolis), you will develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers within a market. Products offered include dealer-originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services. This position must be located in Detroit or Indianapolis with the ability to travel 80% to dealers.

Responsibilities
  • Dealer sales, service, and the training of dealership staff.
  • Building business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to dealer customers, requiring a thorough knowledge of bank and competitor products.
  • Monitoring competition and making suggestions for product improvements.
  • Assisting/training less experienced employees.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales (outside sales).
  • High School diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must live in the designated market and have ability to travel to neighboring states on a regular basis.
  • Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Local dealer knowledge and relationships preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other Traits And Characteristics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient at typing and completing pre-call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system.
  • Familiar with industry reporting and metrics.

Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay).
