Job Specifics Primary Care Fellowship

  • Experiences in specialty rotations through other service lines for practical experience and exposure
  • Focus on care in rural and medically underserved practices in primary care, with opportunities to participate in community medical fairs
  • Procedural experiences include suturing, incision and drainage, splinting, foreign body removal, and more

  • Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $47.12-$47.12
    • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

In accordance with professional standards of care and adhering to corporate philosophy of OSFMG, the advanced practice nurse/physician assistant shall be responsible for:

  • Providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF.
  • Providing such professional Advanced Practice services.
  • Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided to the Practice and its patients.
  • Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Provider or other support staff.
  • Exercising diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping costs of the Practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
  • Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the Practice and the OSF Hospital aligned to the patient's preferences, goals and needs.
