A typical rota schedule for a Live In Rota Nanny often involves working intense shifts—such as one or two weeks on followed by an equal period off—where you provide round-the-clock care and support to the children. This structure allows for concentrated periods of work followed by extended time off, helping nannies maintain a good work-life balance and recover between shifts.
