Job description

Want to earn $2,180+ bi-weekly writing fast estimates for local businesses?

We’re Fish Window Cleaning, and we’re looking for a new Estimate Writer in the Greater Salt Lake Area. You'll be out on the road each day visiting local businesses and writing bids for commercial window cleaning jobs. No previous experience is needed — we’ll train you with our proven system!

The Pay Structure:

Our compensation structure rewards activity and results. If you hit our target of writing 100 estimates a week and close an average 10% rate, your bi-weekly pay looks like this:

  • Estimate Pay: $3.00 per estimate written ($600 over two weeks)
  • Commission: 10% of the account value on closed jobs ($1,580 over two weeks based on our average $790 account size)
  • Expected Bi-Weekly Earnings: $2,180 / bi-weekly
  • Paid bi-weekly

Schedule & Perks:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part-time or full-time available)
  • No Nights or Weekends: Keep your evenings and weekends completely free.
  • Paid Training: We pay you full wages while learning our system.
  • Supportive Culture: Goal-driven leadership with clear weekly targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive a local route within your assigned territory visiting businesses to offer window cleaning estimates (cold visits).
  • Write estimates on-site using our mobile software.
  • Return to the office daily to make follow-up calls and close jobs.
  • Work independently, manage your daily route, and own your results.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle + liability auto insurance.
  • Friendly, professional attitude and comfortable initiating conversations with business owners.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined work ethic, and organized.
