Job description

Want to make $30–60/hr writing fast estimates for local businesses?

Our current (part-time) estimator has averaged over $32/hr the past 19 weeks, with top weeks reaching $66/hr. If you're friendly, self-motivated, and don't mind walking into businesses to offer quotes, this role is a great fit.

We’re Fish Window Cleaning, and we’re looking for a new Estimate Writer in the Greater Salt Lake Area. You'll be out on the road each day visiting businesses and writing bids for commercial window cleaning jobs. No previous experience is needed — we’ll train you with our proven system.


Pay:

  • Average earnings: $32/hr (real data from our current part-time estimator over 19 weeks)
  • Range: $15–$66/hr depending on your volume and close rate
  • Paid per estimate, with additional commission on closed jobs
  • Paid weekly

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Part-time or full-time available
  • No nights or weekends required

What You'll Do:

  • Drive a local route visiting businesses to offer window cleaning estimates (cold visits)
  • Write estimates on-site using our software
  • Return to the office daily to make follow-up calls and close jobs
  • Work independently, manage your own route, and own your results
