Job description

Job Title: Middle School Assistant Coach Pay Grade: Refer to Coaching/Extra Duty Salary Schedule Revised Date: January 31, 2009 

Summary of Position Assist the head coach in coaching a middle school athletic team following Northern Conference Middle Level Activities Association regulations and Thompson School District policies. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Attend all coaches meetings, practices, meets and/or games. Support the development of expectations and direction of the program. Communication with other coaching staff, athletes and parents. Follow Northern Conference Middle Level Activities Association regulations and TSD policies. Perform other job-related duties as needed. Must complete payroll paperwork and fingerprinting (if not a licensed educator in the Thompson School District).
