Job description

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at 8,000 ft above sea level is the city of Black Hawk, Colorado. Known in the mid 1800’s for its ample supply of lode gold, this town once heavy with mines, is now home to Colorado’s premier gaming district. At the top of the city is Saratoga Casino- Black Hawk hosting over 400 slot machines, sports betting, and a variety of favorite table games. Saratoga Casino Black Hawk is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC.

  • We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Black Hawk with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a TABLE GAMES DEALER This position will report directly to the TABLE GAMES MANAGER and will be responsible for:
  • Deals all table games proficiently
  • Conducts monetary transactions
  • Collects and pays wagers.
  • Promotes excellent guest service.
  • Verifies chip counts, gaming slip, fills/credits, and opening/closing totals
  • Keeps supervisor advised of guests’ needs and occurrences on game that could affect the comfort of the guest or the security of the game.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • Ability to deal all table games.
  • Able to assist and instruct new players in the fundamentals of the game.
  • Good math skills.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Must have good verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of one year experience in dealing table games; a thorough knowledge of all games is essential.
  • Colorado Gaming Support License.

Pay for this position is: $12.14 per hour plus tips. Guarantee $25.00 per hour or we will compensate for the difference. Please inquire within for further details.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Saratoga Holdings, LLC. Travel to Denver, CO may be mandatory for this licensing process.
