Personal Care Aide PCA | Caregiver

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, around-the-clock support to clients in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll help ensure safety, comfort, and dignity while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you care for. Your presence makes it possible for clients to remain independent and receive the care they need where they feel most comfortable.

As a Live-In Caregiver, You’ll Contribute to Our Success By:

  • Providing personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

  • Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities

  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

  • Performing housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Assisting with errands and grocery shopping when needed

  • Monitoring client well-being and promoting a safe, respectful home environment

  • Being present overnight to support client needs and ensure safety

What Is Required?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience

  • Dementia care experience required

  • Ability to provide full hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable personal transportation to travel to the client’s home

  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
