Job description

Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and reliable live-in caregivers. This position pays $250+ per day, with the exact rate determined by experience and qualifications.

Schedule Example:
Live-in shifts are typically multi-day assignments, such as Tuesday at 9:00 AM through Thursday at 9:00 AM.

  • You will be provided your own private room and bed.

  • You will receive 8 hours of rest time each night.

Overnight Expectations:

  • Most live-in clients do not require assistance during the night.

  • However, if the client wakes (for example, to use the bathroom), you must wake up and assist as needed.

  • Overnight interruptions are typically minimal but caregivers must be prepared to respond when necessary.

This role is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, attentive, and comfortable providing support in a home setting for consecutive days.

Benefits:

  • Better Pay: We consistently pay our caregivers more than the industry average.

  • Flexible schedule: We set your client schedule around your life (i.e., family commitments, school, etc.).

  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, and Aflac.

  • 401(k) with company match after one year of employment!

  • Recognition: Employee referral program, employee assistance program, employee awards programs, and annual reviews

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, and other assistance as directed by the client.

  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and other household chores as visually observed.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Ability to assist with transporting (i.e., Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift)

Job Requirements:
