Job Title: Civil Engineer - Project Manager (PE/PM)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to join our dynamic and rapidly growing office. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in civil engineering and a strong interest in infrastructure design, sustainable development, and multidisciplinary project work. You will lead and manage diverse projects from initial planning through design coordination to final approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop projects from conceptual planning to coordination of project development through design, agency approvals, and construction.
  • Perform code analysis and research on technical aspects of a project.
  • Organize and coordinate with the project team.
  • Interact with clients and agency staff to attain design and permit approvals for the vision of the project and technical solutions.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to civil staff on various professional and technical efforts.

Essential Skills

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience in civil engineering design, construction, and land development.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, or ability to be licensed, in Washington, Oregon, and/or California.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team through design development, construction documents, and contract administration phases.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale site development projects.
