Pay: $32.00-$42.00/hourly

Payroll Specialist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 5(8s)

• Process end-to-end payroll, reconcile timecards, manage deductions, and maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  
• Stay current on payroll system updates and requirements, including federal and state regulations, forms, best practices, system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
  
• Provide payroll support to employees and leaders, including employment verifications and reporting requests
  

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

• 3 years of previous payroll experience required
  
• Experience creating, configuring, and maintaining payroll and HRIS systems is a must
  
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
