We are looking for a high-performance In-Home Sales Representative to cover our
Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island
territories. You must have a proven track record in residential Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows, and Doors.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary.
• Total Earning Potential: Top performers in this region typically earn between $125,000 and $350,000+ annually.
• Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off,
Qualifications:
• Required Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct in-home sales experience in exterior remodeling (Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows/Doors).
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the home improvement landscape across CT, MA, and RI

• Proven Closer: Expertise in the "one-call close" and delivering high-value, technical consultations to homeowners.
