About Us
Cumberland Village is a locally operated Golden Bell Senior Living community in Aiken, offering independent living, assisted living, and in-home services. Cumberland Hills is our 24 unit licensed assisted living neighborhood.
The Role
We are seeking a licensed Community Residential Care Facility Administrator to lead Cumberland Hills. Reporting to the campus Executive Director, you will own the regulatory, clinical, operational, and financial performance of the community - and you will do it on the floor, not from behind a desk.
What You'll Do
• Serve as licensed administrator of record and keep the community in continuous survey readiness under S.C. Regulation 60-84
• Lead state inspections, complaint investigations, and plans of correction
• Supervise assisted living department leaders across personal care, life enrichment, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Oversee resident assessment, service plans, medication management, and coordination with nurses, physicians, hospice, and pharmacy partners
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain staff; manage staffing ratios, scheduling, and overtime
• Build and manage the annual operating budget; explain monthly variances and correct the drivers
• Partner with sales to drive tours, move-ins, and referral relationships across the Aiken and Augusta market
• Resolve resident and family concerns personally
Requirements
What You Need
• Active South Carolina CRCF Administrator license, or eligibility with a firm commitment to obtain it• 3+ years of progressive leadership in assisted living, community residential care, or senior living; prior administrator experience strongly preferred• Documented history of successful state surveys and working knowledge of S.C. Regulation 60-84• Budget and census accountability in a prior role• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR/CRM platforms• Satisfactory background check, drug screen, and TB screening; CPR/First Aid within 30 days• Valid driver's license
Preferred: CRCFA licensure or LPN/RN willing to get CRCFA License • bachelor's or master's in healthcare administration, nursing, or business • continuing-care campus experience • ALIS or WelcomeHome experience

Physical Requirements
