The Parent Infant Mental Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to enhance our team of professionals committed to providing high-quality mental health services. This position offers a remote work setting designed to accommodate flexibility while maintaining strong connections with the educational facilities we partner with. You will have the option of working 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing a work-life balance that prioritizes both your personal and professional needs. • Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services to students, families, and groups, focusing on a variety of emotional and behavioral issues.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to obtain and analyze pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health-related information from clients.
• Evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans within the scope of practice.
• Coordinate programs and therapeutic activities to address the social and emotional needs of clients, promoting their overall well-being.
• Facilitate cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources, ensuring clients have robust support systems.
• Establish and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships that promote mutual respect and open communication.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary based on client progress.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols and maintain an up-to-date caseload.
• Contribute to collaborative multi-disciplinary teams and may perform other related duties as assigned.

This role will focus primarily on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and family-related issues. Your expertise will help these young individuals navigate life’s complexities, promoting resilience and emotional growth. Engaging with a diverse client base, you will utilize culturally competent practices to ensure all clients' needs are addressed empathetically.

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, specifically with demographics similar to the patient population served.

• Previous work in educational settings or with children and families is strongly preferred.
• Experience treating a range of behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques effectively.
