• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, taking into consideration their personal history, presenting issues, and treatment goals.

Your role will focus on a diverse client base seeking mental health support, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. You will work with a mixture of adolescents and adults, providing therapy that is client-centered and culturally competent. Understanding and respecting each client's unique background and experiences will be crucial to fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building therapeutic alliances established through digital means.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or providing remote therapy services is highly preferred.
