• Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy sessions to clients seeking help for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, and more.
• Utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in virtual sessions, adapting to the specific needs of each client.
• Assist clients in identifying and setting concrete goals, providing tools and resources for effective problem-solving.
• Document client progress and updates in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional education and training to stay updated with the latest therapeutic methodologies and mental health trends.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC to practice in California.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients in a remote environment.

While a minimum of three years’ related experience is required, candidates with four or more years of direct therapeutic experience, particularly in remote settings or telehealth, will be highly regarded.
