• Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver effective treatment to individuals and families dealing with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans, including initial discharge planning.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on the established treatment plan, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with facility and professional standards while making revisions as necessary.
• Manage a designated caseload, providing timely and responsive support to all assigned clients.
• Participate in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and support clients’ therapeutic journeys.
• Exhibit a compassionate and professional demeanor, ensuring that client satisfaction remains a priority and addressing any complaints with understanding and prompt resolution.

Your role will involve working closely with a varied client population, including both adults and children across different age groups, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Demonstrable experience in providing therapeutic services across the lifespan, including work with children, adolescents, and adults.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
