• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments to gauge client needs and history.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor progress throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, counselors, and support staff, to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for conducting therapy sessions, ensuring high engagement and accessibility for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research, tools, and methodologies pertinent to mental health practices and therapies.

Our Detox Center serves a diverse client population, primarily focusing on individuals struggling with mental health issues related to addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your role as an LMSW will help empower clients to navigate their journeys toward emotional wellness and independence.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic modalities relevant to trauma and mental health treatment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by strong problem-solving abilities.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, or youth and family counseling will find themselves at an advantage.
