Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join primary care providers at PMG Progress Ridge Family Medicine clinic.

Youll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of three physicians, and three advanced practice providers, as well as behavior health providers, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. On the ground floor of the Progress Ridge Towne Square in Beaverton, there are several restaurants, grocery stores, a move theater in this conveniently located, family-friendly suburbs on the west side of Portland, Oregon.
