Job description

Do you have a desire to help others who cannot help themselves? Griswold Home Care gives seniors or those with disabilities, the help they need, to live in the place they love! If you have a heart of gold and are passionate about making a difference, we need YOU!!!

Griswold  Care is a non-medical home care agency serving Charleston, Berkeley, Colleton, and Dorchester counties. We are currently looking for hourly caregivers for shifts throughout the Tri-County area! If you are professional, reliable, qualified, and passionate about caring for senior citizens or people with disabilities, let’s talk! 

Shifts Available:

  • All areas hourly male caregivers are needed ASAP!!!
  • Shifts run anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours. 

Compensation:

  • Competitive Rates!

  • Clients are willing to pay anywhere from $18 to $25 per hour. 

  • Paid weekly, VIA check or direct deposit.

Duties Include:

Personal Care - Light Housekeeping - Companionship - Transportation and/or Errands - Safety Supervision - Independence Training - Lifting - Transfers (equipment provided, as needed)- Meal Prep- Med Reminders

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be compassionate, patient, and sympathetic towards others!

  • Desire to have a fulfilling career.

  • Clean background (ZERO tolerance policy).

  • Proof of 2-Step PPD or Quantiferon - TB Gold blood test. 

  • 4-5 References (Personal & Professional references)

  • Copies of Photo ID/Driver's license and Social Security card

  • 10-Year Driving Record and Auto Insurance (if providing transportation)
