Job description


Dedicated nighttime truck driver - O'Reilly Auto Parts

Average pay: $1,600-$1,825 weekly

Home time: Daily

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview
  • Haul auto parts in liftgate trailers.
  • 100% hand unloads using electric pallet jack.
  • Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
  • 5 loads per week with 8-12 stop-offs per load.
  • Travel within Vermont.
Pay and bonus potential
  • Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Earn at least $1,600 in weekly guarantee pay.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
