In-Home Caregiver Position

Responsive recruiter Director of HR, Sharon and Recruiting Coordinator, Nadia Right at Home is hiring In-Home Caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA Certificates throughout Northern Virginia including all of Woodbridge with a minimum one year homecare experience.

Our caregivers and nursing assistant serve clients in all Northern Virginia Counties including Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun. We give you the option to choose your schedule, the clients you care for, and the location in which you work with pay increases offered based on your choices! Our nursing assistant care for hundreds of clients every day with various schedules including part time, full time, live in, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend. We care for clients in all locations including in their private home, in Assisted Living Communities such as Sunrise Senior Living, and Independent Living Communities. If you need assistance with obtaining a certificate to provide personal care tasks, ask about our Work-It-Forward Program!   • Base pay rate ranges between $18.00-$25.00 per hour and is associated with your certificate held (PCA, HHA, or CNA), you can then earn additional pay increases for specific shifts and clients based on the outline below:
    • Weekend caregiver pay increases: +$2-$5/hour
    • Couple care caregiver pay increases: +$6/hour
    • Visit rate caregiver pay increases: +$5/hour
    • Personal Care Plus (working with clients with pets or smokers) pay increases: +$2/hour
