Job description

Come work for Western Slope In-Home Care and make a difference! You will get the opportunity to provide compassionate care to individuals in their home and give back to the elder blind or disabled. Western Slope In-Home Care provides home care services to Medicaid, VA, LTC insurance, and private pay clients who want to remain independent and live in their own homes. Caregivers need to live in the NW Colorado area to work with our Agency. You can be a part of that mission.
Pay Rate: $18.00- $20.00 per hour
5-hour shifts, 5 days a week (25 hours a week), 8 am or 9 am arrival times. 3 to 5-hour shifts

Responsibilities
- Daily Tasks: Support with morning medications,
Shower prompting/supervision,
Bedding changes,
Meal assistance
Ideal Candidates will:
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
  • Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • CNA a plus, but not required.
  • 1 years of caregiver experience preferred but not required

Caregivers work in the privacy of each patient's home, allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
