Position Overview:


We seek an experienced and empathetic HCA Caregiver to support clients in Sylmar, Sun Valley & Stevenson Ranch, CA. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage personal commitments while doing meaningful work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide compassionate care and support tailored to individual memory care needs.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with safe mobility and client transfers.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in home care, especially with dementia or Alzheimer's patients (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required).
  • Valid CPR Certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to assist with client mobility and transfers.
  • Reliable transportation; having a car is a plus.
