Overview
Our client is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on coding experience, especially in Python, and solid exposure to automation frameworks and performance testing tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating with development teams, and contributing to continuous testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python as the primary language.
  • Contribute to automation frameworks leveraging Java as needed.
  • Use tools such as JMeter or Playwright to support functional, performance, and load testing.
  • Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests.
  • Work closely with developers to identify issues, document defects, and ensure test coverage.
  • Utilize testing frameworks like JUnit or similar to support code-level and integration testing.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Required Skills (Must Haves)
  • Strong Python coding skills (top priority)
  • Experience with Java
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter or Playwright

Preferred Skills (Nice to Haves)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Familiarity with JUnit or similar automated testing frameworks
